The New Year’s Baseball Fest in Panama City Beach, Florida marked a major milestone for GameRunIQ as we brought our AI-powered performance analysis directly to the field. From December 27 to 29, our booth became a hands-on experience center where players, parents, and coaches could see firsthand how game footage transforms into actionable development insights.

Athletes uploaded their game videos directly into GameRunIQ, instantly unlocking detailed breakdowns of hitting mechanics, movement patterns, and performance tendencies. Instead of generic feedback, players received clear insights into what they were doing well—and exactly where they needed to improve.

Coaches played a central role at this event. By collaborating with them at the booth, we demonstrated how GameRunIQ reports can be used as a coaching extension, helping trainers deliver professional-level analysis without hours of manual video review. Many coaches explored how they could resell reports, onboard athletes for trials, and integrate AI insights into their training programs.
